Volunteering at The Brewster Center

If you are the type of person who:
Thinks that organizing your kitchen cabinets and tool shed is "fun"
Likes the instant gratification of finishing a project
Enjoys giving gifts that will be very appreciated
Feels satisfaction in participating in social change…

…then give some attention and time to considering the donations assistant volunteer position!

This position is all about organization (and coffee, laughs, jokes, and then sometimes, silliness). We take in bags and bags of clothing, shoes, etc. every week. We need assistance in getting these items sorted and to those who need them. The donations we receive are passed on to our program participants who may have fled an abusive situation with nothing but the clothes on their backs. This position is very important, very appreciated, and we can't forget very "fun"!
